By accessing or using Vorachat (“Service,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may require verification at any time.
Vorachat provides access to conversational and voice experiences with AI-generated characters. Content is produced by artificial intelligence and is not real-time interaction with any individual. You purchase credits to use features such as messaging, voice calls, and photo requests. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our systems, or to resell or redistribute access. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You are strictly prohibited from attempting to use the Service to generate content depicting minors, non-consensual sexual acts, or extreme violence. Any such attempt may result in an immediate permanent ban without refund, subject to applicable law.
Credits are purchased in bundles and consumed when you use paid features. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Prices and credit amounts may change; changes do not affect credits already in your account.
Refunds are generally not provided for consumed credits or for purchases once access has been granted, as described in our Refund Policy. If you experience a technical error where credits were deducted but the service was not rendered, contact us at vchat314@proton.me within 48 hours of the issue for a manual review. We are not obligated to grant a refund; any remedy is at our sole discretion.
All characters and interactions on the Service are generated by AI. They are not real people and do not represent live communication with any individual. Content may be fictional or adult in nature. You use the Service at your own discretion.
You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are unpredictable. Vorachat is not responsible for any offensive, biased, or inappropriate content generated by the AI models, including during voice or text sessions. You engage with these characters at your own risk.
All characters on Vorachat are entirely AI-generated and fictional. No real persons were used in the creation of the visual or audio content. Consistent with 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, all individuals depicted in AI-generated imagery on the Service are intended to represent adults aged 18 or older.
The Service, including its design, branding, and technology, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
