Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales of credits and other paid features on Vorachat are final. We do not offer refunds for credit purchases, for credits already used, or for any portion of the Service once access has been granted or consumed.

Limited Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
  • Billing error: A charge was made in error (e.g. wrong amount or unauthorized charge).
  • Technical failure: Credits were deducted but the paid feature did not run (e.g. clear platform error). Contact us within 48 hours of the issue with details for manual review.

For duplicate charges and billing errors, contact us within 14 days of the charge and provide your transaction details. We are not obligated to grant any refund even in these cases. See our Terms of Service for how credits and refunds interact.

No Refunds For

We do not provide refunds for: change of mind, unused credits, dissatisfaction with content or quality of the Service, account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms, or any other reason not explicitly listed above as a limited exception.

For refund requests that fall within the limited exceptions above, email us at vchat314@proton.me. Include your account email, transaction date, and amount. We aim to respond within a few business days but make no guarantee of a refund.
