What is Vixen Chat?

Vixen Chat lets you text and voice-call digital twins of real creators. You get a private, always-on connection that matches their look and vibe.

Are these real people?

Each character is a digital twin of a real creator. You’re chatting with the twin 24/7, not the creator live.

How do credits work?

Credits are used for messages (about 1 credit per 10 words), photo requests (50 credits), and voice calls (e.g. 10–20 credits per minute). You get 5 free text messages to try; then you can buy credit bundles to keep going.

Is billing discreet?

Yes. Charges appear under a neutral name (e.g. VV MEDIA or STMT SERVICES) on your statement, not Vixen Chat. We don’t share your activity with anyone.

Is my data private and secure?

We use SSL encryption and secure payment processing. Your chats and account details are not sold or shared. We take privacy seriously.

Do I need to be 18+?

Yes. You must be 18 or older to use Vixen Chat. By entering the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Can I get a refund?

We have a no-refund policy. Credit purchases are final. We may consider refunds only for duplicate charges or clear billing errors — see our Refund Policy for details.
